Faith, Peace and Blessings

I seek a personal space, an anonymous haven, a little home on blogosphere. Having had a not so private blog, I decided to shut shop and set up camp here for a while. Let's see how this one works out.

Imani is Faith, Amani is Peace and Baraka is blessings, in Kiswahili.

I seek these basic, seemingly easy things. Life has taught me that things are never as simple as we'd like to think or make out. Still, as we go through life, as we shed the last vestiges of childhood, as we evolve, as we learn, as we go about our daily routines, we all seek, if not perfection, then our own brand of the same, flaws and all.

I hope to someday find that I can have enough faith, enough peace and enough blessings...just enough to keep me from giving up, just enough to keep me strong, just enough to keep me grounded.
